Degree Equivalent

I need information on WES evaluation for Canadian immigration purpose.

I have completed Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University (School of Open Learning). I would like to know if my degree from Delhi University would be considered equivalent to Three-Year Degree in Canada by WES.
Please note that the graduation done was a three year course from school of open learning and NOT regular degree.
