Can a refugee equivalent his degree ?! and what is the process ? my life is in danger and I don't have enough time to equivalent my degree through WES please help and thank you

If you have no time for WES who will? The process is private within WES and needs your input. No WES, no Canada. Find the time!
Do equivalence through IQAS.
There is two ways to get degree equivalency document:
1) Send certified photo copies of your degrees to IQAS (This is good to get admission in university or find a job or to work here)
2) standard process for immigration through skilled worker program, in that you need to provide verification letter by university or authority.
sorry for not being clear but I can't equivalent my degree in my country at the moment since my family plan to lock me at my room and prevent me from going outside starting next month (I live in a very conservative country where men can control every aspect in my life)and I only have little time to plan my escape so I'm wondering if I can do the process of equivalency when I'm in canada not in my country..Thank you.
Sure not a problem as long as you have or can get proof of your graduation and marks from Canada.
if you able to get your certificates & the transcript from your university (MAKE SURE TO BE IN A SEALED ENVOLOP) as long your documents in a sealed envelop you would be able to process WES from any part of world
