Deficiencies in Offer of Admission [Concordia University]

Hey!

I have an offer of admission from Concordia University with a couple of conditions and deficiencies. I understand the conditions imposed and the fact that I need an unconditional offer letter before applying for visa but there's also a Deficiencies section in the letter. The paragraph states that I need to complete 2 additional subjects as a qualifying student within the first 3 terms. Again, I understand the purpose behind deficiency but wanted to know if this particular imposition would in any case affect my chances of getting student visa (or on procurement of CAQ).

Thanks for your response. I took IELTS again and now I have 6.5 overall. My new score is as follows.

L: 7.0
R: 6.5
W: 6.0
S: 7.0
