Hi Everyone,
Does someone know how to resolve these issues:
1. On saving the form (Feb 2019) the title line of Tax related information is getting duplicated.
2. When giving the command for printing, the lines that have have been withdrawn on checking certain boxes eg mailing address same as home address, something like that, reappear and don’t remain hidden. (Is it normal)

Hi,
1. I had the same issue with this particular table as well. Anyway, I decided to send it as is. It was accepted and my application is in the process now.
2. Yes, these fields reappear when you print the form but no need to worry. Just make sure you did not miss any particular question when you were filling out the form. Then print and sign it.
