Dear All,

I've got my CAIPS notes.

There is a sentence repeating several times which is says:

Paper File sent to PA File BF' D to : EBC on 25-11-2010 Microlocator

I want to know what is EBC stand for? and eventually what the next step on nov.25 ?

Thanks,
Roobin.

PA = Principal Applicant
BFD = Bring Forward Date

EBC = I think that is just the filing code on your file for identification either in their computer system or the stack in the filing room. The application is usually put into one of those big cream office folders with those colorful numbers, similar to the ones at the doctor's office.

From what I gather on my CAIPS (the beginning stages of my application) and yours, it doesn't seem to me that your file has been assigned to an Officer for review. It very well looks as if it's been put into filing until November 25 when they will open it back up and maybe assign it to and IO.

Which VO are you going through?

Best wishes,
Confused.

PA: Storage area of your file
FILE BF'D TO : File forward to "ECB" are the initials of the person it is/will be forwarded to
