Declined ITA | Express Entry

Hello everyone,

I had to recently decline the ITA I received as I could not receive the required documents in a timely manner. I am eligible for Express Entry and my profile is still active.
Do I need to take any action in order to be considered for the next draw at this point? Or my profile is active and considered for the next draw as it is by default?

I also have some follow up questions -
Is it okay for me to take medical exam before receiving the ITA? My CRS is 475 and I am expecting an invitation in the next draw. Is it okay if I take my medical exam prior to that?
Also, how soon can I obtain the proof of funds from my bank? Will a letter that is a month or 2 old to the date I receive my ITA be still valid?
