Hi, Im in the pool with 445 points right now, and I suppose I will be invited this week... Will met cec mec until September 11, as thats when will be having 1 year of work experience in Canada.
I read some posts saying that I would need to decline the ITA and wait (in my case after sept 11) to accept an ITA.
Is this true?... Will I be reinserted in the pool immediately after decline the ITA? Thanks...

The VO should assess your MEC against the date of the ITA. Some people say risk it but do you really want to submit a PR application with the possibility of a rejection weeks down the line versus waiting for probably the draw after next (12th Sept?) to have MEC. Also how ready are you to submit PR you now have 60days to submit PR after ITA rather than 90days? If you get an ITA you can have a look at the PR application and even start to complete it as a trial run then decline prior to the following draw. Also consider if you get an ITA someone else does not. Yes you go back into the pool after you decline but I wouldn't do it just a few minutes or hours before as the IRCC system can take a while to react.

You have to provide information about your last 10 yrs... now if that includes work experience that you are not claiming points for being unemployed during a certain period, you should mention this in the personal history section

Thanks, but my question is, do I have to provide that info in my EE profile before getting the ITA? Can I skip those jobs that are not giving me any points so I dont have to provide any proof and add them after ITA in the work history section?
