Hi Everyone!
This is a bit of a strange question...
My friend and I are directors/shareholders of a ltd company in the UK. It is only around 7 months old and was never used for trade. Basically it was set up to make a movie. No one was paid and we only hired film equipment and bought insurance under the name.
We are in the middle of dissolving the company as we no longer need it. Do I have to declare it on any Express Entry paperwork at all? Or will it never be an issue? In just wondering because it'll take a few months apparently for the paperwork to dissolve the company to go through and I would like to get on with applying for my Express Entry ASAP!
Thanks in advance for your advice!
