I want to initiate my application process right now but the passport of my baby is not ready yet. Can I omit his name from Family Background form and add him once initial assessment is done and passport is ready?

Is it advisable?

omit his name from family background form? what the rush is all about? if i were you, i would apply after having his passport in hand. in my country (pakistan), the passport gets ready in only 12 days.

ja77 is right.. why do you want to omit the baby's name from the initial application.

get a passport for the baby first. Even in India, it takes 5 working days for a minor's passport under tatkal and 10 days under regular process.

i know... i was talking about the regular normal processing. with urgent processing and double fee, they issue in 5 days.

Hello Everyone;

In urgent category one can have a "Bangladesh Passport" in just One Hour Time (Max.). But even after 281 days of my medical....I have heard nothing positive from the CIC.

Okay, I am not asking for CAIPS as it will take at least another 30 days...and I hope the CIC will hardly have any more choice to make more delay than that.

So, please everyone wish and pray for me as strongly as possible.

What is the average processing time for QSW at Singapur Office? And what is your total processing time?

I have not yet appied for my son. I have written there 'Need to Apply' in the Column provided. I would be submitting his form now. I think it should not be any problem.

Probably it will have some problem because every box in the form should be filled in with required information...

Actually I applied for his Passport but that was in Objection due to have conflict with my Last Name. Now I have chnaged it and issued a new Passport for me and it took lot of time.

Accordingly I have to apply for fresh Passport for my son and I have mentioned there as 'Need to Apply'.

Please tell will it work???
