Hello there

I have created my express entry profile and my CRS score is 501. I haven't submitted my profile but before I wanted to check if should I mention information about my immediate brother who has a PR status but is not living in Canada.

He got his PR card and has visited Canada once to get his SIN number with his wife, but he currently lives in the USA with an H1 visa status. When he came to Canada with COPR he gave my address for proof of stay.

I am confused as he is not living in Canada, should I mention him (that will probably increase my score)

Will IRCC inquire more information about my brother once I get ITA?

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Do not claim points for your brother. Yes, if you claim points for your brother, you will be required by IRCC to provide evidence he is living in Canada.

Thanks, Scylla
But If I do not represent him in my profile, won't that be a case of misrepresentation or missing information which can be raised by IRCC?
