Declaration of Divorce

I got legally divorced in 2008 in India. I did my second marriage and now have received ITA for me and my present husband. Do i need to declare my divorce ? What if I do not declare it? If I declare it what are the documents, I will need to submit for completing my PR application.

Yes - you have to declare your first marriage and divorce. Failure to do so is misrepresentation and can lead your application to be refused and a 5 year ban from Canada. You'll want to provide the court documents for your divorce.
