Declaration of common-law union, do I have to resubmit?

I submitted the declaration of common law union when I applied for visitor extension.

I wonder if I have to submit a new declaration or if they’re good with the one I sent with my visitor extension application when I apply for PR.
In case I do have to submit a new one, would I need it even for another visitor extension application?
