I received PPR some weeks back which was sent and now DECISION MADE on ECAS, do I wait for a mail from Accra to show to DHL to arrange pick up of passport, please tell me how Accra Visa Office Operates

Don't panic. Your visa stamped passport must be on its way. You won't get any replies from AVO on written format. It means you are all cleared.
