My wife (filipina) ( principal applicant) received an email saying that " Passports overseas dependets should only be submitted once you, as the principal applicant, have become a permanent resident"

Questions?

1. How long am I going to wait again after I submit my passport and attached approved letter from immigration?

2. How long will my dependents wait after I submit their passports for traveling to Canada?
