hello aismaeel... have they requested you to undergo a Medical Examination and requested for you passport?
 
No they didn't, just mentioned the new file number and they will start process my application.

i really hope that your ecas just had a glitch... but from what i know, when a decision has been made without a medical request, it usually means your application has been rejected... but then again, as what the other seniors said, the ecas is just for guidance... wait for the CIO's correspondence to be sure... i wish you well...
