DECISION MADE WITHOUT PASSPORT REQUEST

Hello everyone. I have a question thats been bothering me, its about my mom's ecas saying decision made and that cic will contact her regarding this decison. Do you guys know how long would it take before we finally get PPR?i am my mother's dependent child ?ecas updated to DM just 2 days ago and im wondering what will happen next because i just red in some forums that DM before PPR is a negative sign, is this true?anybody who were on the same situation as me or who has been through this before?i need your help please

Your mother applied for PR through the live-in caregiver program - correct? If so, then you'd be far better off posting this question in the Foreign Workers section of the forum (this is where pretty much all of the discussions can be found regarding LCP to PR applications).

The approval processes and steps do tend to differ for each immigration program. So any information you get from this section of the forum may be misleading / not apply to your mother's application since we'll be commenting from a Family Sponsorship perspective - not LCP.
