We started processing ISAK JON BENJAMINSSON's application on January 5, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on ISAK JON BENJAMINSSON's application. The office will contact ISAK JON BENJAMINSSON concerning this decision.

The change to "Decision Made" happened today 1. of March 2010.

I am applying from outside of Canada through the family class (Wife sponsoring).
I sent my medical in with my papers originally in the middle of November 2009.
I'm being processed in London.
I haven't been asked for any extra documents since submitting the application.

So....is there any indication in this if i have been approved or rejected ?

I am on a Visitors Visa in Canada right now.....if I have been approved, will i have to go back to my home country an then back here or is it possible to just flagpole the border ?

Assuming a positive outcome.....can anyone tell me what the next steps are and an indication of a timeline for those steps ?

Well hopefully its good news ISAK, there no telling but think positive. If you gave an email address then check it reguarly your inbox/junk mail your passport requests should be in there anyday now. If you didn't then you'll have to wait for the letter.

I am not sure if you need to be from a visa exempt country to be able to flagpole in the states.

But be hopeful, am sure you'll get good news soon. And the information they send you will give you all the instructions on how to get your passport to the embassy.

Good luck.
