I sent my full application in November 2010. I got 2nd AOR in End of Feb 2011. I see status as "Decision Made" from March with below information. But I never receive any letter or any communication. I sent query to visa office waiting for their reply.
As per CIC guidelines the processing time is 11months. Is there anyway they checked my application before the timeline ?
Or Is this the system error as before ?

"A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision".

Please advise.

Very sad, sometimes e-case error, wait for 2 weeks more , if status is same after somedays and you will sure get rejection letter from CHC then this means is rejection only. decission made after 2nd AOR or before medical done mostly "rejection".

Ok.

Does they process my application before the actual processing timeline, 6 months ahead ?

Does anyone face this type of situation ?

even you can email to your local CHC, or Generate CAIPS notes, in this situation right now dont trust e-case, but once your CHC email you that same message and even CAIPS not also with same message then rejection is sure. please send email to your CHC for more info.

if it's not E-case problem, I pretty sure its rejection. :-[ sorry but it's not good sign.

I've seen many cases where applicants got decision made and than went into in process afterwards. It's happening due to transition of CAIPS system into GCMS. Don't panic as of yet, email your CHC and ask them the update on your case. Ecas is not always the true reflection of actual status.
