Did you get your CAIPS note? If your file was assessed before 29 March 2012 with PSDEC 1 also points 67 or more than you are not rejected. However, one applicant with score of 55(without IELTS points) also in process.
By the way your time line is showing applied in 2010. If you reapplied in 2010 then better collect CAIPS note to see if anything missing.

mate i applied in nov2006& then june2010 and m gonna apply for gcms notes.the notes which i recieved 2 months ago for my prejune case in which assignment due date of 2013/01/01. still waiting for MR. 2 cases filed still no output.unlucky me
