Decision Made - Meaning - Need urgent help

Hello Everyone,

I have received following response, what does that means 'Rejected'?

We received your application for permanent residence on November 30, 2011.

We started processing your application on February 4, 2013.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I have sent request for the withdrawal of the application and request them to return my confidential documents but no reply came as of now.

Can anyone please help me how long they will take to inform us back and send me my documents back?

Hi

Did you received your Medical Request before this decision made status . If you didn't received MR than sorry my friend it could be rejection . wait for any official letter before coming to any conclusion .

When did you received this DM status ? I hope it will not be rejection , no one should be rejected at this stage after so many years of waiting .

If you don't mind can you please tell me Why are you asking for withdrawal of application after so many years of waiting

I made to withdraw the application in mid of last year itself. I got interviewed also but due family conditions I had to do that. Now I need my financial and official documents back but I am not getting any reply even after sending too many mails.

Can anyone guide me?

Decision made came online on 25 March 2013 when they have updated online.

I am sorry about your family problem my friend . What you said in your statement below you have asked them for withdrawal of your application in mid of last year ( means around july 2012 ) they should have returned your application at that time so that you can get application fees refunded .

But as per your status now they started processing your application on 4 Feb 2013 , your application fees cannot be refunded becoz once they started processing application they do not refund any fees. This seems to be very illogical .

Please try to contact them on phone perhaps some one can answer to your queries .

My Ecas apeared same way B4 refusal

then they only refund my RPRF on may 2013

Did you get your documents back? I am more worried and concerned about my documents back to me.... could anyone help me that how can I get it back?
