Decision made - Do they notify you by email or regular mail?

Hey all
After the account status changes to "Decision Made" for the person being sponsored, do they notify you of the decision by email or do they send a regular mail letter?
All other communication was received via email.

Interview took place on the 25th.
Interviewer after the interview told my spouse that he had some concerns; 4 or 5. Most of them applied to me, so I wrote them an email giving further explanation. I wrote to them on the 27th.
On the 28th, the status changed to "Decision Made" but no emails yet....

Any idea how long after they change the status they send the email?

I've been refreshing my page every 2 minutes like a crazy person

What were the concerns? Such a short turnaround between the interview and the decision is generally not positive.
