Decision made but no decision listed on the website?

I've been checking the application status through their website and under "Sponsorship Application Status" it says Decision Made but when I click into it it only lists when they started processing the application but not what the decision was. I waited a few weeks to see if I would get something in the mail in case they sent the decision directly and I haven't received anything in the mail either. "Permanent Residence Application Status" still says in process and that the medical results have been received.

Did you link your application to myCIC. This shows a bit more info than checking the other way

I haven't linked it the website says it excludes applications to become a sponsor for linking has that changed? I signed up for a gckey and after logging in with the GC key it told me to create another account?

This is only a decision about the sponsor. You may or may not recommend eve much in the way of communication about this.
