Hi All ,
I need urgent help on my fsw application .I recently received Medical Request ,I have done the medicals and send PCC from India and Medical receipt and docs to CIC warsaw .I moved to Malaysia in dec 2014 ,They are asking for PCC from Malaysia which I cant get as Malaysia gives PCC to people who have stayed for more than a year ,Now what can I do ,I am stuck ...Please seniors provide your Inputs .

They probably asked you for this by mistake. Sometimes that happens (like when they asked me to pay the RPRF fee for both me and my wife, when I had clearly indicated that my wife is not immigrating with me to Canada).

You need to send them an email (or write a letter to the physical address), with some sort of proof that were in Malaysia for less than a year. Their own CIC website states this (see link below). So they really should not have asked you for this, unless they did not know that you stayed there for less than a year.

I sent them mail with screenshot from official website of Ministry of Affairs ,Malaysia ...Let's see what they reply ...
