I applied for my open work permit as my partner is studying here in markham ontario.I applied on august 26th and i got a response in december 7th.Its been a month and still no update on final decision.Is this good news? and will it come soon?

It took 5 months 1 week for my partner to get decision (inside Canada).

We sent webform. Bcz it was over the processing time also when we called the Ircc the agent left note to the officer.

Ohhh,yah i did that they sent it in on january 10th.Still waiting.I have a question,were you common law or married when your partner applied for the permit?
