Hi,

My CEC application was done in December 2014, file has returned today, please help me step by step process for express entry & how long it takes to receive PR.

Work permit Status till August 2016.
I have a LMO

It's pretty straight forward. Login to your CIC account and apply for express entry.

After you receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA), you will have 60 days to submit your paperwork online. Once submitted, CIC says it will take 6 months or less to process the application. But this may vary on a case to case basis.

ok, thanks for info,

My CEC application was done thru agent as representative, can I proceed with EE application myself.

Create an account in CIC, start filling data like personal information, IELTS, work history, education details, LMO details etc. If you are married, fill the spouse info too.

The steps are easy, just give a start. Any bottle necks, post it here.

Place where you should start.

As IntoCanada said, it's pretty easy and everything on the website is explained pretty well. You can use a representative as well, if you wish.

If i were you I would apply for EE asap, the next draw will be soon, this week most likely, or next.
if you have everything, they will most likely put you in the pool and select you at the next draw. good luck!
