December 2013 CEC Applications

Hello Folks,

I have applied for PR on 20th Dec under CEC category and NOC code is 0213.
Just see that the application has reached the Nova Scotia office, UPS delivered safely - overnight shipping

While waiting for AOR planning to send the paper application for BOWP as my work permit is expiring on 31st Jan. Also i will be leaving the country on 31st Jan, if i get the OWP, then i can come back after a month or two.

I guess there is no similar topic opened for Dec 2013, so you may add your date of application filing (if Dec) , AOR & BOWP details on this page.

To comment on your future BOWP application, your timelines seem rather tight. Hopefully you get AOR by end of January. I believe, you can not apply for BOWP when you are out of Canada.

same question..does anyone who has BOWP have left the country when they got approved and re-enter under BOWP (not PR visa)?

Hi friends

I have 2 years of work experience in Canada.. I have been deputed to canada by my company.. Now I m in same company in India.. I have applied for PR.. i have submitted the documents and received AOR on february 6th 2014..Is it right approach that I can prepare the documents and forward it to CIC Canada.. Because I have read somewhere that if we are outside Canada, we should submit the documents in our home country..

Can anyone suggest me whether my approach is right or wrong..
