i am sorry for asking this question

before finish study, student can we apply credit card and if we pay fees immigration and layer fees by this credit card does it any bad impact to my application.

No it won't have any impact on your application in whatever way you pay your fees. Only thing is, as a student they usually give a credit card with a limited credit amount. Just check how much you can spend on it before you swipe it (or well tap it

You can also use a cheque for immigration application. Though Lawyers - would either take cash or credit card.
