Dear all, please need your help

I have received an Word LTR 02 from Canadian embassy in Ankara, they are asking me to gather all the required documents and send by e-mail mentioned in this letter.

Above is the e-mail i am trying to send my documents but i am receiving back MAIL DAEMON reply, sayng that address is rejected
What is the problem maybe any of you can help me

But in my documents sent from embassy is clearly written send all documents via e-mail re-ankara-im@unternational.gc.ca
Any idea what is going on

Same, issue. Sent them an email requesting clarification. Still waiting on them to reply.

This means the email address supplied is wrong. Unless they decide to start using it, it will forever return the same result. There is another address on this thread, did you try that one? If you did, you can always try to send an IRCC Web Form query to the Ankara office:
