i want to know that are diabetic/BP medicine are available without prescription in canada.
Can i take ayurvedic medicine with me on my first landing to canada.Please the person living in vancouver

I am afraid that diabetic and BP medicines aren't available without MD's prescription. You can take ayurvedic medicines with you alongwith prescription but if you put it in the booked luggage and not hand carry, you wouldn't even need a prescription(do keep it though to be on the safer side). I hope seniors can have their input. That is solely my assumption.
 
Yes - always carry a prescription letter from your treating doctor for first initial months.
No matter if it is Ayurvedic or whatever...

The people in POE are also human, so they aware of such cases. PRESCRIPTION is important & keep it with your hand baggage, no issue.

to lucky 786 if i may ask? did you not had a problem in ur medicals with regards with your diabetes/BP?
