Deadline for submitting documents

We have recently won our appeal. That was on Sept 9 this year. We did not receive any correspondence since that time. Yesterday i was checking my ecas just our curiosity using my old uci number. It says there our application is in process and that is all. Then i checked it again using my husbands uci number. There it says that they started processing our application on Oct2. And it says there that they send him some correspondence on Oct 27. That is 19 days ago...i am his representative and sponsor but i have not received absolutely nothing. If i did not check ecas just our of curiosity yesterday because its now been 2 months since our appeal...i would not have any idea. I think there is a deadline for submitting documents if they requested any in that correspondence which neither of us got. Can i call somebody? What can we do? Our original visa office was in Paris.

thanks scylla ...i did but no reply yet...i am just very antsy right now because i dont know what to do...its weekend so cant call anybody and also not sure whom to call.

You can try calling the call centre. If anything was actually sent to you they should be able to see what it was.

Call as soon as they open (8 am your time) on Monday and you won't have to wait long to get someone.

it just makes me mad why they would not notify me at all. if they have send something 19 days ago i am sure i would have gotten it by now.
my husband is the applicant so maybe they just send to him but on our application i am his sponsor and also representative. they did send correspondence to both of us in the past.
also i have send case specific inquiry to cic as well as the paris visa office just in case.
when we were originally refused the paris office did not bother to notify me till 4 months after the interview when i send them case specific inquiry. i really hope that our processing person is not the same person who interviewed my husband.
