Hi,

I'm a contract worker working with auto service for almost a year now. Recently, I received an offer to work for a daycare center.
Kindly advice me on the following.

1. Is contract worker allowed to work in a daycare center?
2. Will my work permit granted will be transferred when I applied if I agree to work in a daycare center?
3.DO I have to attend schooling to get my work permit?

Thank you very much

The daycare center would have to apply for a labour market opinion to find out if they are allowed to hire a foreigner. Then you can apply for your work permit. You do not have to quit your current job or even tell them. If you get your work permit approved, then you quit your current job and move to the new job.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your immediate response. I have another question, if ever my work permit in daycare is approve, is there a chance that i can apply in the PNP?
