Daughter was born in US after soft landing, is there a way to amend her to our PR profiles?

My wife and I did our landing in 2020 Jan, found out we are pregnant two months later. Our baby was born in Nov 2020. We live in US and haven't officially moved to Canada yet.

We plan to move to Canada this yr. (2021). Does my daughter need to be amended to our profile? or does she enter Canada as a US citizen? or should we apply for her dual citizenship before we move to Canada?

No - you cannot amend your profile.

You will need to sponsor your child for PR once you have moved to Canada.

I'm not sure what you mean by applying for dual citizenship before you move to Canada. Your child does not qualify for Canadian citizenship.
