For validation purposes some forms will require a date. But if you need to amend a date or write "present" you can just put a date, print it, then use white out to cover it and then write in what you need to. I have done this for where i need to put "present" as the "to" date.
I'm sorry i think there is some misunderstanding, i was asking about the date that you have to write at the end of the form alongwith your signatures
for example; in IMM 5532 Relationship info. and Sponsorship Evaluation, Part A, #8 ,,,, Part B #4 and Part C #12 and #13
I entered the dates on PC (there is a drop-down menu), and signed the form by hand where everybody's supposed to sign. Application was accepted, no issues.
