dates on application

i dont understand why on some questions they force u to put a date from (date: to date like when u got married from to what date.

What if my marriage, work, resident is still current shall I put current in ( to ) or what shall i fill

Use the date that you filled in, signed and/or dated the form.
Some people try to be "inventive" but if a date is required and is mandatory, use "todays" date...
