Date format confusion and a few other questions.

So we just got an email today for our interview in Etobicoke to finalize my husbands PR! Yaaay. Now the letter we received says the interview date is 10/05/2017... just wondering if that is next week on May the 10th or in October on the 5th : also besides the pictures and the identification is there anything important I should bring along, I read that something with our address and our names on it to show we live together. I've already paid the right of residence fee, should I print off the receipt again even though it was sent in with the application? Any info on this would be super awesome ) thank you!

For the interview date, check the format they used to date the letter and assume it follows the same format.

Is this your landing interview or an eligibility interview? I would assume that the letter should list everything that's necessary for you to bring.

If it's going by the way they made the date on it then it may not be until october... dammit lol so much waiting if that's the case. Also it's the final interview, I think after they check all his documents he becomes a PR when we are there.
