Dalhousie application

I received an email from dalhousie stating :

"your application has recieved a positive reply from faculty of internetworking , your application now has been forwarded to faculty of graduate studies for final approval "

they said it will take 2-4 weeks for me to get letter of acceptance after the final approval

does it mean confirmation for admission or are there any chances of getting rejected

Congratulations , You are accepted . I'm also waiting for my offer letter after getting the recommendation.
