1- Had you gotten the officer notes before requesting for the reconsideration?
2- What were the reasons of refusal?
3- How did you address and answer these reasons to convince the officer?
4- Did you address the other reasons not mentioned in the officer notes, and you thought you should address them?
5- What are the steps to request for a reconsideration though the webform? I can not find the link.
6- I have applied with my wife and both of us were rejected. Should I fill 2 forms or one for both of us?
