My wife recently got PR approved. She has a valid h1b. PR card will take 3-4 months to come. Can she commute daily using COPR to enter Canada till her PR card arrives? What are some difficulties she may face?

She'll face the difficulties of possible secondary screening and delays for as long as CBSA feels travelling on a COPR.

First few weeks or a month for me was a problem on both sides even when i had pr card since we are establishing as a new commuter.
So it doesnt matter if you have PR card or not, she will face problem for a month anyway hence its better to start commuting, not much difference.

if commuting will help you keep job or accumulate residency at Canadian side or whatever the reason then just do it. Dont wait for PR card for start commuting.
