Hello,

I would like to apply Supervisa for my dad. He has been here twice and now his visitor visa has expired. His business just winded up due to some conflicts with partners and now he has a case going on which eventually would end up in like few months or a year. Now my question is if I disclose it, will he get a supervisa considering the hearing is still going on but he is exempted from it. If we decided not to disclose it, what will be the consequences?

P.S One of the case has already ended in our favour due to out of court settlement.

Regards
AN

Does the application ask about pending charges or convicted charges? I don't think it would be an issue either way since it's business related as long as its not fraud... You just need to disclose what they ask for. Nothing extra. My opinion I don't know for sure. I'm doing spousal sponsorship not Parents. Good luck
