I am applying to the Express Entry and I am wondering about the meaning of "Two or more post-secondary program credentials ". In this context, what kind of certificates are accepted? WOuld certifications like PMP or CMA count as a certificate under the CRS?

Post-secondary program credentials would be programs after Grade 12. I don't think certifications count. This thread might help you.
