Try filling out the web form and reaching out to them. Maybe also consider reaching to your MP about your situation.

Have you heard anything? I have submitted my citizenship in 2018 February..... I have been trying to reach out to IRCC and also the MP but everyone just giving me the same answer. It is Covid and Afghan case. My application is not a priority. Also, no language and citizenship test is required due to age. Anyone can suggest anything to me? I feel so bad that no one is giving me any real information.
