Customs declaration form

Hi All,

I ame into Canada from USA as an Intra company transfer employee and I have my WP valid till February 2017.. I drove from the US. As i came I do not remember signing the customs declaration form. But this morning when I went to service Ontario to get my number plate the person told me that they need my declaration form.. I did not get one.. So how do i get one now.. What is the exact procedure to get one.. Am i in trouble as i did not declare in customs. Also i remember very well that the officer in the POE did not ask me to declare anything.. He just called me in to the office and gave me my WP.. Please suggest me what to do..

I meant about declaring my car in the customs declaration form.. Sorry for not being clear..

Will I be able to bring in items from Goods to follow ( including Gold ) after 1 year of landing without tax.
