Hi all,

I know there has been hundreds of topics like this asking to determine a NOC code, so I apologize but I'm a bit confused with the NOC code for this job. HRSDC would be a great source, allbeit they are very slow to answer emails and their search function is down right now...

Customer Support & Training Assistant

Assisting CMG clients with the registration on training courses offered by CMG. Validating training prerequisites,
advising clients on upcoming training courses, maintaining individual training records of attendees
in the database etc.
 Assisting the Course instructors in updating the training course notes formatting, proof reading etc.
 Printing training course notes/name tags/certificates and preparing training binders for handout during
training courses.
 Maintaining office supplies for training.
 Being proactive in contacting clients regarding upcoming training classes.
 Acting as a liaison between trainees (Client accounting department) and CMG for training related invoicing.
 Maintaining and analyzing customer feedback on training using Survey Monkey. Compiling quarterly reports
with analysis.
 Preparing weekly customer support report regarding pending and closed support cases from CRM. Prepare
quarterly support statistics report.
 Preparing quarterly report on customer support feedback using the data available in CRM.
 Assisting in consulting project backup and maintaining a list of projects completed by the CST group.
 Assisting in preparing/updating Resume of Engineers and Staff.
 Assisting Reservoir Engineering Manager on other administrative duties as required.

Education:
Diploma in HR/Marketing/Administration is preferred.

Any ideas if it's semi-skilled/non-skilled?
