Hey Guys,

So I applied for the PR under Express Entry last year Sept 17. I still haven't heard back from CIC on the next steps in the process.

When I am calling the customer service, the automated system is unable to find my application in the system. However, when I connect with a representative, they are saying that the application is still in process.

Did anyone face a similar situation where the automated system was not able to find the application?

While the representative is able to find the application, is it a matter of concern that the automated system isn't able to find it?
