Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello,

I have been trying to finish my profile but it seems like it does not really like me and keep saying that I am ineligible. Although when I did the questionnaire, it said that I am eligible for making the EE profile.
Basic info of mine:
Have high school diploma (Hamilton)
Graduated from UoG (BSc.)
Have enough money (it said to put at least 11000)
Started working part time for two years (was still in school) and full time (since April 2014).
Did IELTS: 8.5L, 7R, 7W, 7.5S

would you be able to tell me if I'm filling this right, please?
Do you have a job offer in canada?
Yes (I assume yes because I have been working here)

Was a positive Labour Market Information Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada? Help
No

Is .. currently working in Canada?
Yes

Does .. have a valid work permit for the current job in Canada?
Yes

Does the job offer from the employer named on the current work permit?
No (because it does not stated it there).

Was a positive Labour Market Information Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?
No

And it asked for my work history..
Do I put both jobs that I've had in Canada (the part time one and the full time one) or should I just put the full time ones?

You have to say "no" under job offer since you don't have an approved LMIA.

You answered everything correct, however while you were working at the same time you were studying <<<Started working part time for two years (was still in school) and full time " since April 2014" .>>> , I guess you were working under off campus WP, which wasn't post graduate WP. It will not count your work experience. You have to work under PGWP in order to gain experience. You didn't mention what status you had in April 2014.

Next proof of fund should be $11,931 for 1 person. Hope it will help you.

Hi

You do not have a valid job offer in Canada. For CIC valid job offer is something which had passed through labour market. So keep that no...and it should work.

Job Offer........

hello..

I forgot I asked this question earlier. I had the same answer as before (saying yes for job offer) and I was offered for Human Capital Stream. So I just changed it recently. I hope they did not take the nomination back

Your background is almost identical to mine even your IELTS scores were the same as mine haha
High school + university in canada and then worked with PGWP.
I did my EE profile in April and got my ITA in July.
So I suggest leaving your part time experience out.
For job offer, I said yes (since i was working in Canada) but no to LMIA.
As for funds, I only put $10000 at the time. (Since if you're qualified for CEC you don't need to show POF)
But I say for funds put $12000 to meet the minimum for FSW.
Hope your EE says eligible now!
