What is your visa office masmun?

Normally the processing time depends on the visa office. Some offices takes a month to update your status on the E-cas others take more than that...

yes slowest because of work load

applications from UK,Middle East, and now even Pakistan

If I have known it earlier, I would have chosen Manila, Philippines visa office and its really fast...

It means that they have out a BF'D which means brought forward date where the visa officer will check your file whether it is eligible for processing for FSW or not and once they take a decision that it is then the online status will change to In Process and processing of your file will start.

BF'D means they have put a date for future on which they will review it if eligible then will process.
