I am from Singapore and I am currently studying at Fraser International College in Burnaby. Currently, the people who are sponsoring me for my education are my parents. I have an Uncle who has a wife and two children who has Canadian Citizenship. I was wondering if my uncle could sponsor me and help me get a PR here? Could someone kindly assist me on this issue?

Probably not.

No. Your uncle could only sponsor you if you do not have a living spouse or common-law partner, conjugal partner, a son or daughter, parent, grandparent, sibling, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece who could be sponsored as a member of the family class, and you do not have any relative who is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident or registered as an Indian under the Indian Act.

Not quite right. It is the sponsor (the uncle in this case) who cannot have "a living spouse or common-law partner, conjugal partner, a son or daughter" etc.

True, apologies. However, it seems the OP has parents, which would be his uncle's siblings.

Using a fun poke here using the famous yoda quote. "Do or Do not. There is not try"

"Can or Can not. There is no probably"
