Currently holding open permit work visa but only 10 months of A work experience

Dear Seniors

I am asking this on behalf of a friend. My friend is currently holding 3 years period work visa after completion of university in Canada.
Her working visa will be expire this coming July.

Question is would she still be eligible under CEC if she only has 10 months of NOC "O" but will have accumulate 1560 by July

No, you will need at least 11,5 month of work + 2 week of vacation
best is full year.
10 month is no go
