Current Timelines: Application to CIO, NS --> CC/DD Charge --> 1st AOR

Looking at various cases for Mar-10 and Apr-10 applicants this is what I can make out,

Typical timelines for 1st AOR-
Application received by NS --> CC/DD Charge --> 1st AOR
Day 1 --> 2 Months --> 1 to 1.25 Months

I think CIO is getting little busy but still reasonable. What do you think?
