I hope everyone is doing well. I’m in international student currently on Pgwp which is still valid for 1 year. I have created an express entry profile in Butcher category and have a score of 490. I’m planning to buying an approved LMIA offered by my immigration consultant for 30k CAD at this time. Is it worth it to buy it right now as they still accepting points till spring. Expres entry or CEC IS THE only pathway I have I can’t do pnp bcz of my private university. Any kind suggestions would be great and much appreciated.

Unless this is your current employer you will likely/hopefully be flagged for fraud. This is a stupid plan because LMIA fraud is going to skyrocket until Spring but there are at least some attempts to flag fraudulent LMIAs now in place.

DO NOT go for that route! Why pay 30K willingly to risk your WHOLE LIFE ahead? Might as well, save that 30K while you wait for the ITA genuinely. Even with LMIA, it's still not guaranteed that you'll be approved for PR! With the strict laws that are already being enforced as of now, LMIAs (even the genuine ones) are being thoroughly checked under a microscope. The low-wage LMIAs won't help you at all! But you know what will? It's by being smart and honest enough to wait patiently for the points to drop!

Don't commit immigration fraud.
Report this consultant!!!
If you do, your future PR and even citizenship can be removed/revoked. Do you want this to haut your whole life?
If you cannot immigrate, return to your home country after and try other ways. Who knows what happen the next year.
IRCC already know about LMIA being purchased and will stop it for EE. They will likely stop giving points/review them carefully for other stream as well.
